Step 1 - Visit the GIVA website, GIVA App or an Exclusive Brand Outlet and select eligible products.
Step 2 - Online: Enter your 16-digit Voucher number and 6-digit PIN in the "Apply Voucher" field. Offline: Inform the billing staff that you wish to redeem your Voucher and provide the voucher details.
Step 3 - Redeem the desired voucher amount and complete the payment.
Important: Please apply the voucher code in the payment section only, not under Deals & Coupons, as it is an additional benefit over existing brand offers. Valid for 6 months from activation.
